claiming an extra night

claiming an extra night:
first read the rules!

trr rules

WG workshops:
"standard nights"

DairyCare WG Workshops are usually classified as one day meetings, even if they span two days, "noon to noon". This is because we try to use our money as effectively as possible and give everyone as much flexibility as possible. Delegates can claim one or two nights reimbursement, and can usually:
  • arrive on the first day of the workshop or leave on the second (two nights)
  • arrive on the first day and leave on the second (one night)

dairycare conferences:
"standard nights"

DairyCare Conferences are usually classified as two day meetings. Delegates can claim one, two or three nights dictated by their arrival and departure times. Three nights can only be claimed by those who attend both days.  It should often be possible to attend both days but either arrive on the first day or leave on the second (two nights).  Arriving the day before and leaving the day after the Conference justifies three nights

extra nights

Extra nights:
  • CANNOT be  claimed using the standard TRR form
  • MUST be requested well in advance using the form below
  • CANNOT be claimed if you choose to stay longer
  • MUST be justified by showing that it is impossible to travel to and from the meeting within the "standard night" definitions
  • WILL be subject to checking before approval
