zadar funding

The funding arrangements for individual Conferences and Workshops will vary. This is how we will allocate funding to the Third DairyCare Conference in Zadar:

How to be funded to attend Zadar
  • If we have specifically invited you to attend as an Invited Speaker you will be reimbursed your travel and accommodation expenses
  • MC members (maximum of two per participating country) have been invited and will receive reimbursement
  • If the MC cannot attend we can transfer the invitation to a substitute from the same country
  • STSM Scholars from the first round of funding will be invited and will receive reimbursement
  • All other delegates who submit an Abstract are eligible for competitively awarded funding, subject to available funds
  • The main criterion for being awarded funding will be the quality of the submitted Abstract
  • Reimbursement will also be prioritized to ECI and participants from Inclusiveness Countries

You cannot receive funding if you have not registered, so please register as soon as possible. Registration is free.  Reimbursements will be paid after the Meeting following the usual eCOST online procedure.
